Lindsey and Emma met through a product leadership group. One conversation led to another, and they realised they shared a passion for coaching. They teamed up to create a collective where they can coach fellow product professionals, founders and leadership teams, with a special passion to develop the next generation of product leaders, particularly those from under-represented groups.

  • Emma is an accredited Executive coach. She also has 16 years of Product expertise in a wide-range of environments, but specialising in B2B, Fintech and Edtech.

    She has successfully scaled businesses from Series A to pre-IPO and created Unicorns in companies like Funding Circle and Multiverse.

    For the past two years she has worked as a full-time coach and consultant helping scale ambitious leaders and businesses, and posts regularly on LinkedIn.
