Meet Emma.
My mission is to build the next generation of CEOs, starting with today’s ambitious, under-supported product leaders.
As AI reshapes business, tech fluency is no longer optional at the top. Product leaders are uniquely positioned to step up—if they’re supported before they tap out of the game.

My Story.
I became a Director of Product by 30, often the only woman in the room.
For the next 8 years, I held senior roles at companies like Multiverse, Naked Wines, and Octopus. I led through reorgs, transformations and intense growth pressure.
It was exciting, rewarding but at times incredibly lonely. Mentors and coaches helped me stop second-guessing and lead with confidence.
In 2023, I left my VP Product role six months pregnant with a toddler in tow, started my business and moved to Spain. Since then, I’ve worked with 150+ product leaders across Europe and the UK, helping them lead with more clarity, confidence, and ease.

Life in Girona
I recently moved to Spain from London with my partner and two small children (ages 3 and 2).
I split my time between coaching, parenting, the gym, and the occasional Hyrox competition - as well as desperately trying to learn Spanish.
My goal, just like yours, is to keep growing in a way that feels both ambitious and sustainable.
