Meet Emma

I left my VP Product role in July 2023 to pursue my dream of coaching while working remotely from Spain. I was six months pregnant and terrified but I knew I could help other leaders working in high challenge, low support environments achieve better outcomes for themselves and their products.

2 years later I’ve delivered over 350 hours of coaching for ambitious product leaders, helping them build confidence, lead through uncertainty, and drive meaningful outcomes for their organisations and the people they serve.

My “Why”

Only 20% of senior product leaders are women, and just 2% are people of colour. Too many diverse leaders are tapping out of a system stacked against them.

The future is AI, and product leaders are perfectly placed to become the next generation of CEOs. But to get a diverse bench, these leaders need real support in their corner.

I coach because I have been there: the high pressure, the all-male boards, the moving targets, the feeling you are carrying it all. My mission is to help ambitious leaders and their teams thrive, and stay in the game long enough to reach their full potential.
