Submit your CV and we will give you written feedback to help you understand how well it positions you for the roles you are targeting, based on what you share in your coaching session and our knowledge of the market.

90-min coaching session
An in-depth, one-to-one video call where you’ll receive clear feedback on where you fit in the market and how to best present your unique strengths.
We’ll help you get clear on your goals and the best approaches to take. And we will set up strategies to help you stay focused and resilient during your search for your next leadership role.

How it works
You’ll be assigned to either Emma or Lindsey, or can request one of us when you sign up.
We’ll get you booked in: sessions will be delivered remotely over video call during UK working hours, exceptions may be available on request.
You’ll send your CV.
You’ll have a 90 minute video coaching call where we’ll go through your goals, review your skills and set up strategies for your role hunt.
We’ll send your CV feedback within three working days.
Payment is due in advance of coaching session.
