  • As an accredited Executive coach I use tools and techniques learned from training, mixed in with mentorship from 15 years as a Product professional.

    Coaching is a thought partnership designed to help you unlock clarity, confidence, and traction—fast. In our sessions, we zoom out to see patterns and zoom in to solve what’s getting in your way. I’ll ask questions, offer observations, and occasionally challenge your assumptions, all in service of your goals. You leave with fresh insight, practical next steps, and often, a sense of relief.

    Think of it as structured reflection meets strategic support—grounded in your real leadership context.

  • Coaching is an investment in yourself, and many businesses support their leaders because they realise this. The ROI is felt by getting that clarity, gaining that promotion, or getting ourselves unstuck and feeling better. Sometimes that’s priceless.

    As a rough guide for individuals, you can expect to invest around £2400 + 21% VAT to see results.

    My coaching packages range depending on the level of support you need—starting from 6-sessions to ongoing biweekly support.

  • Most clients start with bi-weekly sessions to build momentum and reflection muscle. Some shift to monthly once they’ve hit a rhythm. Coaching can be highly flexible: the cadence should serve your capacity and the pace of change you're navigating.
